Dr Gwynn has been my primary care provider for about 8 years. He understands my issues and listens to me and consider him to be a excellent primary care physician. However, he seems to be working in a system which put an emphasis on productivity (e.g. There seems to be a quota on how many patients he needs to see in a day). I see this with other JHU providers and do not blame Dr. Gwynn, but the system he works in.
