Very good doctor. He speaks very softly, so I can't hear everything, but, he is very patient and kind.

Dr colon is a very thorough doctor. Asks questions. Thoughtful

Had reviewed records and also reconciled problem list and medications with me directly. Responded directly and immediately in follow up to lab result that needed attention with a detailed explanation of plan of care.

He gave me a comprehensive overview of the potential side effects of a new medication he prescribed and made a plan for follow-up to see how I was doing with the medication, He is so uplifting and encouraging! He is the best PCP I have ever had! I am very grateful for his care!

My normal PCP is [staff], but he was not available, so my back up PCP is Dr. Jonathan Caldera Colon, and he has done 2 post hospital stays with me and is very thorough and stays on time. Both [staff] and Dr. Colon know I want Dr. Colon to be my PCP when [staff] retires!

My previous provider left practice after I had been under his care for 25 years. I trusted him implicitly and was very concerned that I may not find someone who could fill his shoes. After talking with Dr. Caldera, I feel like it may be possible after all. He was thorough in reviewing my history, asking questions, and listening (the most Important factor for me), and I am hopeful that I will be able to entrust my care to him for years to come.

I like Dr Caldera and have established a good relationship with him. He is willing to help with any medical issues that I need taken care of.

I like my Doctor

This was my first visit with Dr. Caldera because my primary care doctor had closed their office. I was nervous, but Dr. Caldera was very welcoming, respectful and put me at ease about having lost my previous doctor. We went over all my medical issues and specialists and assured me that I made the right choice making Dr. Caldera my new primary care doctor.

I was VERY impressed with the improvement of Dr. Colon Caldera's accent. He was very difficult to understand on my first visit, but so much clearer on this visit. I was dreading it, but came away very pleased to understand him better.
