Background
Dr. Ji Buethe is an Assistant Professor of Radiology and Radiological Science in the Johns Hopkins Medicine Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology division. Her areas of clinical expertise include interventional oncology, intra-arterial therapies (IAT), uterine fibroids, cryoablation, microwave ablation, radiofrequency ablation, IVC filter placement and retrieval, dialysis access, deep venous thrombosis, pulmonary arteriogram, arterial angioplasty, peripheral arterial disease (PAD), renal vascular disease, varicocele, and advanced biliary interventions.
Dr. Buethe received her M.D. degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 2011. She completed residency in radiology at the Case Western Medical Center in 2016, followed by a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in 2017.
