Background

Jeffrey Hsu, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He is a member and fellow of ASAM and the American Psychiatric Association. He has been involved in the addiction education of psychiatry residents and medical students and in the clinical care of patients with HIV, addiction and co-occurring psychiatric disorders for over 17 years. He has regularly participated in many addiction CME events locally, regionally and around the country. For 4 years, he was the co-director and speaker at an annual buprenorphine certification and office-based treatment course for opioid use disorders. He has been a previous speaker and workshop organizer at the ASAM Annual Medical-Scientific Conferences, the Danya Institute/Central East ATTC, and the AAAP annual meeting.
