Jasmine Singh, MD is a wonderful doctor. She has my best interests in my health. She clearly explains my medical issues and how they can be improved. She answers all my questions. She has a wonderful personality and I am fortunate to have her as my doctor.

Dr Singh has been the most responsive PCP I have had in my many, many years at JHH. Her nurse (I believe her name was [staff]) read my on-line text to Dr Singh and immediately recognized a concerning medical problem. Dr Singh exceeded my expectations. She was prepared and listened carefully to my concerns, asked cogent questions and addressed my questions. Her suggestions were sensible and doable. She scheduled a return follow up visit instead of saying ( as most do) " call the office if you have any problems, otherwise I'll see you next year." I was exceptionally pleased with the visit.

I needed a new primary provider at the end of 2023. Dr Singh was available and started treating me in January, 2024. I have been very pleased with the medical care she has given me. I look forward to the future with her help. She is excellent and I would highly recommend her to my friends and family

The provider was extremely attentive and asked questions that helped with understanding the patient's concerns and needs. She was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. This was the patient's first visit and the provider's review of the patient's history was thorough and complete.

She was very kind and easy to talk to/ask questions of. She had a lot of knowledge but also referred me to a specialist for any questions she was not fully comfortable answering, which I appreciated very much.
