Background

Dr. Reese is the director of the Adolescent and Young Adult Specialty Clinic within the Division of General Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine. She is also the adolescent medicine rotation director for the pediatric residency program. She joined the Johns Hopkins All Children's medical staff in 2016 and serves as a full-time assistant professor of pediatrics in the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.

Dr. Reese and her Outpatient Eating Disorders Clinic team were honored for Innovations in Clinical Care at Johns Hopkins All Children's in the 2023 Johns Hopkins Medicine Clinical Awards.

Dr. Reese’s clinical interests include reproductive health and mental health, and her research focuses are medical education and curriculum development in adolescent mental health and depression. She is an active member of the Society for Adolescent Health and Medicine, where she also serves as the secretary for the southeast United States region.

Dr. Reese earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Phoenix Children’s Hospital and an adolescent medicine fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
