I am grateful to have Dr. Ladd as my Pulmonary Specialist. Most of our communications take place on My Chart...hence why I did not answer all questions re communication. Dr. Ladd is extremely professional, courteous, prompt in responding, supportive, and wonderful to speak with. If only all medical providers were as Invested as he Is In caring for his patients as based on my experience.

Dr. Ladd has been great so far. Good bedside manner, knowledgeable, intellectually humble, willing to try things; all around a great doc! Our appointments feel less like a doctor visit and more like an office hours visit with a really good college professor. Gee, I wonder why that is...

This was my first visit with Dr. Ladd, and he was wonderful. He reviewed my records before my visit and he was ready to discuss my conditions and ask me about my concerns. I feel blessed to have found such a caring doctor to work toward a good care plan for me. I appreciate his dedication to his job, it shows how much he truly cares.

Dr. Ladd was amazing! He took the time prior to my visit to review all of my recent results in detail. He then took the time to hear every detail about my situation. I trust Dr.Ladd to get to the bottom of any health concerns.

Dr. Ladd is infinitely patient, informative and relatable. He spends more than enough time to check my records. Go over progress and contact other providers of my care. Can't ask for anything more. He gets the highest mark.

He was knowledgable, courteous, forthcoming in answers in determining diagnosis. Ordered blood work tests to determine and rule out diseases for accurate diagnosis. We will discuss test findings and treatment pending blood work results.
