Easy-to-use appoitnment scheduler and I got an appointment the day after I started looking for one. Video calls tend to have extremely long wait times and no communication about expected time before the doctor joins, which makes it hard to continue my day if I'm waiting for almost a hour to be seen.

Very helpful, easy to talk to, provides good information, and takes prompt action to resolve any prescription problems with the pharmacy.
