Doctor was great. The ladies at the front desk seemed disgruntled.

We had a late appointment and I know everyone was ready to go home as they called and told me we can come now if able. My daughter expressed anxiety and depression signs so we were there for an hour talking to Dr Jacoby. Not once did I feel like we were being rushed out the door. She took her time to make sure Auri was heard and seen. I was very appreciative of that.

Dr. Jacoby is very nice and pleasant. She's thorough and intuitive. She could see on my face I had a question before asking and she could perceive by my son's words and actions how he was taking her advice. That comes from experience.
