Dr. Cross - uber smart and knowledgable, but didn't make me feel like I was stupid for not knowing the answers to my questions. For the questions that I asked, she asked follow-up questions that were SO important, and didn't occur to me to need. So friendly!! I'm confident that I got the highest level of expertise and care from her. (She also has a lovely Jamaican lilt to her words ).

This was my first encounter with Dr Cross, my previous doctor stationed in Odenton retired so I changed offices for my annual physical. At 76 I have had a lot of physicals and this one had the doctor spend the least amount of time looking at me, much more time looking at history on the computer. I am healthy and had no issues to report to the doctor, so this is probably why she didn't spend a lot of time looking for problems.

This appointment was set up because I needed to establish a new primary care provider, since my former one from this office moved. I was very happy with this doctor and have no concerns with Dr Cross being my new primary care provider and look forward to seeing her for any health problems that might occur and/or for my annual visits.

As a new patient in the state of MD, I was directed to Dr. Cross. I was not disappointed. She was attentive and cared, it seemed. The wife and I decided to bring my whole family.
