He was attentive and polite. After our appointment was over he took me and had me sit in an area waiting to have lab work done . Which I wasn't.

Dr Giles initiated this visit as a response for a refill for Metforeman. Dr Giles had referred me to an endocrinologist for follow-up for my type 2 diabetes seven months ago. I informed him I did make an appointment immediately but as a new patient it would take eight months to be seen. Thankfully Dr Giles ordered all the blood work for this anticipated visit in advance. This is a wonderful G.P. And so happy I found him.

The virtual exam was perfect for what I needed: a prescription refill.

The lack of in office services, such as drawing blood and general surgery is VERY inconvenient. It means that my PCP is nothing more than an expensive referral service. None the less Dr Giles is excellent

After receiving new records from me during our visit, he reviewed all the records within a day and sent me text and email recommendations from his nurse within a day, then followed up with a phone call.
