Dr. Batra and her team were accommodating to our schedule needs, as we had a funeral to attend. Dr. Batra's office is lovely to work with- they all work together to streamline the process for our child and our family. However, any time we call the call center it is difficult to communicate our needs and to make appointments- it seems that there's a real disconnect between the office and the call center.

Dr. Batra is incredible. She was accommodating to our needs, as we had to bring several children to the appointment. She took time to meet with us and got a full picture perspective of our/our child's needs.

Dr. Batra is amazing. She's attentive; considers the needs of each of our family members and looks at the big picture; is a great listener; thinks outside of the box to problem solve; always available for questions or concerns, even after appointments
