Dr. Yacoub and [staff] were fantastic to work with. They were attentive and patient during my scheduling and tele-health appointment set up process. Dr. Yacoub was kind and communicated clearly about delays and didn't make me feel rushed in our appointment despite it being late in the day. I was relieved people were so kind and ready to listen and ready to help instead of dismiss my concerns. I had a wonderful visit.
