Excellent service

Dr Moore was very knowledgeable and recommended me to see a dermatologist in house so I did.

Dr Moore is pretty good

The Dr came in 35 minutes after my appointment time. He explained the metal allergy process when I asked him what was involved. And then said that office was awaiting supplies and would not be able to help me by my surgery date (4/29). Suggesting I use Glen Burnie or Odenton offices. I feel this appointment could easily been handled by a phone call nothing was done and told him so. His response was "we like to see the patient to determine our outcome".

Dr. Moore took the time to review my medical history and years of blood work and offered a possible answer for a condition I have struggled with for decades. He also took the time to find a recommended Rheumatologist for that condition.

Dr Andrew Moore is absolutely worth the wait. He is excellent, knowledgeable and super helpful. However, the entaa care columbia office is not run well. Apppointments are always at least 30 mins behind. The whole atmosphere is frustrating and negative. Someone needs to get that office organized better.
