Great appointment! Surgeon spent time with me and provided details on what to expect of upcoming surgery.

Dr. Jung removed my gall bladder last November. I had gone to the ER on Saturday morning; the gall bladder was removed Sunday morning. He was very thorough and clear in his explanations, both before and after the surgery. My recent visit was to consider whether or not I had an inguinal hernia. He again was very clear and thorough in his explanation. Very kind. I am in the process of scheduling hernia repair surgery with Dr. Jung.

Excellent treatment & follow up, I was supposed to have an in PATIENT exam for post surgery but it was switched the morning of my appointment to a video appointment. Thought he would have wanted an in person exam, after surgery?

What impressed me most was how Dr Jung patiently listened to me and how he took time to describe to me what the procedure entailed using diagrams. He explained to me what could go wrong and if it did what actions he might take to correct.

I really appreciated everything about Dr Jung - he seemed incredibly competent and on top of the situation, and continuously put me at ease about an otherwise frightening health situation. Thank you!!

I was very pleased with Dr. Jung's questions and answers during our visit. He was warm and did not hesitate to answer questions. I felt confident going ahead to schedule my surgery with him.

The office was suppose to follow up with me regarding scheduling my surgery. It took a while but finally received a message in my chart. I gave some recommendations around the date but asked her to call me, I know some age groups don't like using the phone, and I have heard back from her on either the portal or by phone.

Dr. Jung seems very competent. He drew diagrams to show and explain my medical conditions. He listened and answered all my questions. Next came [ ] , the Nurse Practitioner, who was very friendly and approachable. She explained everything and gave me a binder and other items to take home. It was a lot of information to take in and understand and I will go over everything before my surgery.

Dr. Jung was kind, patient, and thorough. He explained what's happened to create my problem and why it needs to be corrected surgically. Next he detailed every step that would be surgically performed to correction the problem and clearly listed a current plan of action.

Dr. Jung's confidence was reassuring, and he truly falls into the top 1% of physicians who have a unique ability to connect with their patients. This made me feel well-informed and comfortable throughout the entire consultation.

Dr. Jung did my emergency appendectomy in early May. He was fantastic. He explained everything clearly before the procedure to my wife and me, and he spoke plain English, not doctor-ese. He was also reassuring without being Pollyanna about it. The operation went very well, and I was discharged that night. He was then terrific on a follow-up call the next day and my later video visit. I give him the highest possible rating!

All should receive a pay raise

Dr. Jung is an excellent surgeon. He inspires confidence, listens carefully and possesses excellent skills. He responds quickly to messages in the portal. He has an excellent bedside manner.
