Dr. Crum is definitely the most knowledgeable and skilled optometrist I have ever known. I have had vision problems for years, and my correction is about as complex as it can be. She showed determination to get my vision to 20/20 in a situation where most providers would have given up and persuaded me to settle for mediocre vision.

Very professional and informative of the current condition of my eyes

Dr Crum was wonderful. She reviewed my health situation and how it related to my eyes and showed concern and accommodation for my mobility issues. She was explained things in a way I could understand and answered all my question and presented a plan for the future.

I had to see my eye doctor Dr Crum in a wheel chair. She made sure I was in a room whete I could sit in my wheelchair. She then had to use other methods to test my eyes sine I couldn't use the machine by the chair. She was very thorough and spent extra time to make sure she had all the information she needed. Dr Crum is knowledgeable, patient and kind.

Dr Crum is very attentive to my questions. She is very thorugh explaining all the medical issues concerning my vision issues.

I was well pleased with every aspect of my visit from the time I got there, to the lovely nurse who helped me, to the lovely doctor. The only thing I had a problem with is that I had to wait almost a week to get an appointment. Oh, sorry, this is about the provider. She was excellent. She explained everything to me in a clear way and made sure I understood her reasoning for her thoughts. She asked my opinion afterward. She also has a very pleasant demeanor. I am very happy with her.
