While this was only my second appointment with Dr. Alqahtani and the second being a video visit, I felt the latest appointment went about as well as I could have wanted or expected. He was courteous and knowledgable about my personal situation. I didn't feel the need to update him on my situation, which could have been expected considering I had a different doctor for over twenty years.

This was my first appointment with this new doctor since I was informed that my previous doctor was no longer there. This is the first time in 3 years I had a Dr listen to and use my story and symptoms. He listened with care and compassion. He had an open discussion about my condition at my level of understanding and understood I've done a great deal of research. He helped elevate my knowledge. He discussed treatment options based on a high level of expertise in the type of mg I have. I felt valued. I felt heard. I felt optimism about my future.
