Dr. Cavitt is the Medical Director of Pediatric Psychiatry Services and serves as Chair of the Division of Neurology, Psychiatry, Psychology & Developmental Pediatrics. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor for the University of South Florida, College of Medicine and an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Lake Erie College of Medicine, Bradenton and Instructor in Pediatrics at Johns Hopkins Medicine.
Dr. Cavitt graduated from the Quillen College of Medicine at East Tennessee University. His recent awards include Best Doctors of Tampa Bay (2007-2018); Educator of the Year (2015) at the University of South Florida.
