What is the SOARING program?

The Johns Hopkins Hospital (JHH) SOARING program prepares certified nursing assistants to practice in an advanced direct patient care role.

The program is based on the core values of success, ownership, accountability, responsibility, respect, independence, integration, and growth.

Graduates of the SOARING program provide highly skilled and compassionate patient- and family-centered care as a contributing member of the health care team.
