Bernadette Cullen, M.B.B.Ch., M.D., associate professor and director of the Community Psychiatry Program at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, has been named the new vice chair for clinical affairs for the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. 

Erica Richards, M.D., Ph.D., former Johns Hopkins psychiatry resident, has returned as an assistant professor and has been named chair and medical director of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, D.C.

Glenn Treisman, M.D., Ph.D., the Eugene Meyer III Professor of Psychiatry and Medicine and director of the AIDS Psychiatry Service, will take over from Michael Clark as leader of the Chronic Pain Specialty Service.
