Pamela Paulk landed her dream job in 2015. As president of Johns Hopkins Medicine International, she gets to build on her love of people and travel, her appreciation of different cultures, and her commitment to expanding high-quality health care to international patients and communities around the world. Watch the above video to meet Paulk and learn more about Johns Hopkins Medicine International.
In 2009, Paulk donated one of her kidneys as part of a historic 16-patient domino kidney swap that took place over a three-week period at four hospitals in four states — the largest procedure of its kind ever done at that time. Watch the video (at right) to hear Paulk describe how her donation had a ripple impact that benefitted her Johns Hopkins co-worker.
