Celebrating New Residents on Match Day 2025

Celebrating New Residents on Match Day 2025
Join us in welcoming our next class of residents.
Match Day is one of the most important days for graduating medical students. Across the country and the world, these students learn where they will spend the next years to continue their training.
Though many medical students applied to Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida, only a dozen per year secure a space in the Pediatric Residency Program, along with two matches into the Child Neurology Residency Program. On Friday, the National Resident Matching Program announced who will join the next class of residents in July 2025.
“Match Day is a celebration to welcome new residents into our training programs,” says Mary Beth Wroblewski, M.D., program director of the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital Pediatric Residency Program. “Each match represents another milestone for our institution along our journey toward a comprehensive pediatric academic health care system.
