Johns Hopkins’ 35th Martin Luther King Jr. Commemoration will take place on Friday, Jan. 13, 2017, from noon to 1:30 p.m. in Turner Auditorium on the East Baltimore campus. A keynote speaker will address the theme “Moving Forward Together.” As always, Unified Voices, a choir of local residents and Johns Hopkins employees, will sing spirituals, and recipients of the 2016 MLK Jr. Community Service Awards will be recognized.
