Germans Nelly and Peter Block, with daughter Lea, returned to Hopkins Children’s recently for an evaluation by pediatric plastic surgeon Rick Redett and pediatric neurosurgeons Ben Carson and George Jallo. Carson led the 2004 surgery at Hopkins to separate conjoined twins Lea and her sister Tabea. Joining their parents and older sister were Ben and Dorothea. Brother Tim remained behind in Germany.
