With roots in providing primary care to patients who suffer from chronic medical illnesses including HIV, the Comprehensive Care Practice has evolved to address rising priorities in the community. Our interdisciplinary and patient-centric care team is growing, and features a team of experts in primary care, as well as specialized care for patients with HIV, Hepatitis-C or substance use disorders.
Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Comprehensive Care practice accepts most insurance plans including Priority Partners MCO, Johns Hopkins Medicare Advantage Plan, Medicare, Medical Assistance and most commercial plans. Please review Johns Hopkins Medicine insurance information.

The Comprehensive Care Practice providers and staff work each day to overcome the social barriers our patients face and restore them to wellness.

Our patients can expect:
- Effective, compassionate primary medical care from providers who treat their patients with respect and without judgment
- Ongoing support to manage chronic illnesses
- Buprenorphine treatment (this service is offered only to patients followed by one of CCP’s providers for their regular primary care)
- Access to community resources
- Referrals for specialty services
- On-site case management and education services as well as lab services in our office.
