Marc Hamburger, MD, CEO, JHRP
Mark Hamburger received a medical degree cum laude from the University Of Maryland School Of Medicine. He trained in internal medicine at the University of Rochester before a general surgery internship at the University of Maryland, where he also completed an otolaryngology–head and neck surgery residency and was an assistant clinical professor in the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery from 1999–2007.
Dr. Hamburger is board-certified and a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery. He is the chairman of the Division of Otolaryngology at Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center, the CEO of Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians, the medical director at Piney Orchard Surgery Center and the director of ENTAA Care. Dr. Hamburger specializes in medical and surgical care of pediatric and adult ear, nose and throat disorders, including sinusitis, voice disorders and sleep apnea. He also has a special interest in the treatment of head and neck neoplasms, including cancer and thyroid nodules.
When not caring for patients, Dr. Hamburger enjoys skiing, working out, photography, playing video games and spending time with his family.
