What to Bring
Once you have scheduled your appointment, you will want to prepare for your visit by bringing:
- Medical records including current medications, related laboratory results, radiology studies or other information that will support the evaluation during your consult.
- Current insurance information, including a referral if required.
- Comfortable clothing that allows motion to support the diagnostic process.
- Small games, books or snacks that will help your child feel at ease in the office setting.
