Mother-Baby Unit
The Mother-Baby Unit at Johns Hopkins Bayview offers a unique environment for stable newborns to "room-in" 24 hours per day with their mothers. A specialized nursing team provides post-partum care to mothers and regular newborn care to their infants.
Other services available include:
- Breastfeeding counseling
- Social work consultation
- Educational materials (pamphlets, handouts, videos)
- Interpreter services/TDY
