Fundación Santa Fe de Bogotá is a leading university hospital in Bogotá, Colombia, providing highly complex clinical services across multiple specialty areas. Fundación Santa Fe de Bogotá also conducts clinical and public health research as part of its mission to lead in quality, safety and patient care for individuals and the health care sector. Johns Hopkins Medicine International entered into a collaboration agreement with Fundación Santa Fe de Bogotá to help reach the goals of their academic medical center.

Helped foster the growth of the bioethics field in Colombia through clinical ethics consultations, resulting in a first-of-its-kind collaborative clinical ethics symposium in the country.

Provide training to enhance leadership skills for physicians, nurses, other clinicians and administrators.

Worked collaboratively toward the opening of an internationally accredited stroke center to help prevent and treat stroke, a leading cause of death in Latin America.
