GIM Fellowship Concentration in Implementation Science and Big Data
Johns Hopkins recognizes a learning health system mindset is central to patient care. We're one of 16 centers to receive funding from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality to launch PERLHS (Promoting Embedded Research in a Learning Health System).
This five-year center grant allows us to prepare embedded researchers to apply rigorous methods to generate new evidence from big data, design and test interventions, and implement changes across the Johns Hopkins Health System, in collaboration with affected communities and other stakeholders.
The PERLHS post-doctoral fellow will work with the PERLHS team for one or two years to conduct mentored, embedded research supported by didactic training, as well as experiential learning. Fellows with interests in implementation science or informatics are especially welcome. To learn more, please visit our website (coming soon) or reach out to Dr. Jodi Segal or Dr. Jill Marsteller.
