The Medical Microbiology Fellowship Program is ACGME-accredited in all major areas of microbial identification and susceptibility testing. The fellow will be responsible for designing and completing a clinical or basic science research project applying microbiologic skills under the direction of a microbiology division faculty member. Successful fellows may be certified by the American Board of Pathology examination in medical microbiology.
