How are we doing?
We offer post-hospital visit patient experience surveys that give our families the opportunity to provide specific feedback about inpatient and outpatient experiences. Survey questions range from how well physicians and nurses communicate, to the cleanliness of the hospital environment. These surveys are regularly reviewed to evaluate how we are doing and set goals to ensure that we are meeting the highest standard of service excellence.
These surveys are mailed or emailed to you in the weeks following your appointment. Please take time to tell us how things went.
