Russell Showers joined the organization in November 2023. He is responsible for coordination and effective delivery of human resources strategic initiatives, operations and compliance services. A seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience across all areas of human resources, Showers has held various senior level positions at Geisinger Health, the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and, most recently, Tower Health. He has extensive experience creating contemporary human resources operating models, leading the various areas of human resources operations, building robust talent development programs, producing key human resources metrics and partnering with others to drive culture change and employee engagement.

Showers has senior professional in human resources and Society for Human Resource Management senior certified professional certifications, and he has a Master of Business Administration degree from Walden University.
