Deputy General Counsel, Vice President, Corporate Compliance & HIPAA and Secretary

Mr. Mancino is administratively responsible for the management and supervision of The Johns Hopkins Health System Legal Department. He also has primary responsibility for legal matters involving the Community Hospital Division and All Children’s Hospital. Mr. Mancino is Secretary at Johns Hopkins Medicine, The Johns Hopkins Health System Corporation and The Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Before coming to Johns Hopkins in 2010, Mr. Mancino was partner at a prominent New York law firm specializing in health law, Garfunkel Wild, P.C. He received his bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in 1992 from The University of Virginia and his law degree cum laude from Temple University.
