Angela Pilarchik, M.H.A.
NCR Executive Director of Regional Ambulatory Services
Angela joined Johns Hopkins in October 2014. She serves as the executive director of regional ambulatory services for the National Capital Region (NCR). In her role, Angela leads the coordination of ambulatory services across our multiple outpatient platforms including the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine faculty practices, the Johns Hopkins Community Physicians practices and hospital-based ambulatory settings. Angela is also responsible for supporting the execution of outpatient clinical growth strategies across the NCR.
Before her current role, Angela served as a regional director of operations and practice administrator over her decade of service within Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. During Angela’s almost 30 years of managing physician practice operations in the NCR, she has led across multiple specialties including obstetrics and gynecology, cardiology, surgery, pulmonology, infectious disease and primary care.
Angela earned her master of health care administration degree from the University of Maryland and her bachelor of science degree in health care management from the University of Maryland, two years of which were spent at the University of Maryland campus in Munich Germany.
Angela lives in Howard County with her husband and has two adult children who were both born at Sibley.
