The ABCDs of Safe Sleep for Babies
In this informative video from Johns Hopkins Hospital, we’ll walk you through the ABCDs of safe sleep for babies: Alone, Back, Crib, Don't Smoke. These guidelines, endorsed by pediatric experts and organizations like the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), are designed to reduce the risk of Sudden Unexplained Infant Death Syndrome (SUID) and other sleep-related fatalities.
