I mostly dealt with a young girl, Morgan, who was a student from Towson. She was excellent and very professional. She did all of my tests and even gave me my explanation. At that time Dr Carver sat in and listened. Morgan was very calming and had a wonderful personality in dealing with adults!

Courtney Carver has been my audiologist for over one year. I first saw her before my cochlear implant surgery with Dr. Frank Lin, and then after for placement of my Nucleus 8 implant. She's been very helpful with my understanding and use of the implant. I'm 77 years old, and she's been patient, professional, and very friendly.

The lady at the otolaryngology reception area was helpful both upon my arrival and departure. Courtney Carver was very professional as well as helping me to feel at ease. She explained each step clearly as she led me through the entire process.
