He did not seem to understand my concerns. He seemed to have a preconceived idea of what I wanted from him. He did not read the medical reports I sent to him in advance.

I have a condition that makes me feel nervous, dr kates showed a great amount of care and support to allow me to make a better decision. I should have become to him when I was first diagnosed with cancer. The program is very important to me.
