Dr. Hahn, together with Dr. [ ] who also participated, explained the choices, the tradeoffs, and the risks, and listened to my goals and priorities, as well as input from my spouse. The discussion was thorough, patient (not hurried) and responsive. I was able to understand my options and Dr. Hahn and Dr. [ ] respected my decision.
