Insight -
September 2016
We published the first issue of Insight in September 2014. Back then, we wanted to build a window with a view of how apps and other technologies were changing our lives and work. Two years later, we look back and see a world of innovative solutions and technology.
In this special anniversary issue, we celebrate and share our index of 87 stories about innovations in health care and medical education that have appeared in Insight. They are organized in five categories.
As I wrote in our debut issue, innovations and discoveries are what we do best at Johns Hopkins Medicine. Not only are we applying novel solutions—we are creating them. Thank you for delivering the promise of medicine.
Sincerely,
Dalal J. Haldeman,
Ph.D., M.B.A.
Senior Vice President, Marketing and
Communications, Johns Hopkins Medicine
